There are many farms in the Lemvig area. They produce pork and dairy products for the whole world and an organic gourmet cheese that is matured in the salty North Sea air.
On their fields, the farmers grow produce like potatoes, berries and vegetables while still leaving room for honey bees and partridges.
Lemviggaarden is the common name for a line of modern farms that open their stable doors for farm visits for everyone who is interested. All the tours are in Danish, but most farmers doe also speak english.
